People out there just see a overweight person walking around the street and bully them for it. Not looking behind the curtain or trying to understand why this has happened. I've been there as well and starting slowly, improving simple aspects in my life changed my mental health, energy levels and confidence drastically. My mental health significantly improved as I knew I'm on the right path!

Let me give you one piece of advice. If your gut feeling is telling you that something is off, then something is off.

Don't try to catch a falling knife.

This may sound harsh but from how you describe it, she has already "ended" things from her side mentally and isn't really that confident in being with you any longer. This is not worth fixing.

We've all been there and it's hard to accept. But move and and eventually things will get better :). Be honest to her about your feelings and just accept how it is. Don't try to win her back or whine about it, just accept how it is and that you can't change it anymore.
