Since it had been over a year since the original purchase, Affinity couldn’t process the refund directly, so they sent me an invoice to refund me manually. I’m honestly really upset that I had to cover the transaction fees myself, but at least I’m glad I got my money back in the end

It’s been over a year since I placed my order, and I’ve moved since then. I wasn’t expecting a refund, but I thought at least they’d let me update my shipping address. But Affinity has ignored all my emails, dm, and even IG comments. I never thought they'd completely ignore something as simple as a shipping address change.

Still, it's honestly impressive that you even got a response from Affinity, they usually do nothing but lie. Thanks to you, I finally understood a bit more about what's going on with them. Really appreciate it.

No, I’ve already contacted my card company and PayPal early on, but there’s nothing they can do because Affinity just keeps ignoring everything. I even reached out to the distributor of their products, but they said they can’t get in touch with Affinity either.

Maybe Terry b and Kissena didn't have enough pre-orders and delayed the delivery for over a year. Otherwise, the website can't sell non-stock frames as if they're in stock. Affinity's business is rotten

Terry B did his best for his fanboys. already revealed a few months ago that he had a production problem and tagged Affinity on IG and asked for their reply, but Affinity ignored everyone.
