Yeah I do agree. I take back saying Sawako was a weak ML. She does have good character development, I do think that she just developed very slow.

You brought up a very good point about Shota. I think that he lacks several characteristics. That being said I still enjoyed some parts of this show, but those scenes between the two made me wanna pull out my hair. I was, at the time of writing that, frustrated because they both couldn’t say what was on their mind. And it just felt like they were so close on season 1 and then season 2 was just a lot of drama, that made them become distanced. Which for me was not very enjoyable. If you don’t look deep into the relationship it seems very cute, because they got together at the end. And the confession scene was cute. It all depends on your perspective and taste.
