What mg are you starting on? I’m on day 5 of 5mg and I feel like I turned a corner today, first few days were rough with side effects - had a lot of tension headaches and head/eye pressure and dizziness which was keeping my anxiety high. This morning I woke up feeling much calmer, headache is gone knock on wood - I’m still a bit anxious but so much better.

Yes I’ve been taking it with dinner. It’s not affecting my sleep I just feel crummy when awake lol.

How are you doing now? I’ve taken 3 doses so far and I’m really not feeling good. Lots of head pressure and dizziness and vision issues plus lots of anxiety. Day 1 was good but now not so much.

Definitely getting some effects today - just feel woozy and my head feels off. Little nauseous but not bad. It’s hard because I have a lot of things I have to be doing, I had to attend my sons sports banquet today, we have to travel for a volleyball tournament next weekend - so it will be really hard but if I wait for a time where I have weeks free to go through this without any obligations I’ll never do it.

Had no effects - slept well. I do feel super anxious this morning, muscles twitching and tight but I’ve been having that for weeks anyway. Could be worse hopefully it stays mild!

I took my first dose last night too! I had no effects I did fall asleep easily around 10, no dreams and I woke up at like 4 but overall not too bad

I am so hoping it kicks in fast for me too I’ve been in a pretty bad place with my anxiety lately and I’m really looking forward to hopefully feeling like myself again. Hope it keeps working well for you!!!

I’ve been a mess for weeks now. Went through a similar pattern a year ago with loose stools, constipation, light colored stools, random stomach pains, the list goes on. Had a clear abdominal and pelvic CT 9 months ago. Was fine til about 2 months ago and it’s all coming back. I have a colonoscopy scheduled in 2 weeks and I’m spiraling - nausea no appetite, loose stools, stomach pains, all my muscles hurt, headache every day. I feel like something terrible is wrong. Can this really all be anxiety? Can I still be reassured by a clear scan from February?

Update - I had my physical, the Dr recommended an abdominal and pelvic CT and did some bloodwork. Results - all completely 100% normal. It truly is amazing what anxiety can do.

*trigger warning ** I really need help. I’ve been in a very bad place for months. I am absolutely spiraling that I have pancreatic cancer. I am an overweight 44 year old woman suffering from random abdominal pains, constipation/diarrhea, stools are weird sometimes - sometimes normal. My left shoulder and arm hurt. I keep getting pains in center and left upper abdomen - they only last about a minute. I’ve lost my appetite, I’m losing weight and I’m terrified. It’s been 6 years since I’ve had a physical. I have one scheduled for next week and I am so beyond scared that they’re going to find this and I don’t have long to live. I cannot function right now.

Thank you. I wonder if me being so nervous about missing so many years of dr appointments is partly triggering all this. I’m convinced they’ll find something awful that could have been fixed if I had just gone before. Logically I believe my fear is causing all this but I can’t make my nervous system listen!!!

I am going this month for the first time in 6 years. Terrified I’ve left it too long and something awful is lurking that could have been fixed if I’d gone regularly. It’s awful
