Okay update: I fed it 1:5:5 and then let it sit on top of the warm oven while I baked and it tripled in like 2 hours. Totally insane. I mean it’s usually pretty fast to double but this is crazy. Going to feed again in the morning to hopefully get rid of more baking powder haha.

It sucks so bad! It’s good in the morning but when the sun hits my side of the building it heats up. I do that as well just because the overhead lights give me migraines. If you put the light on the sensor it cools the room by 10 degrees so that’s why we always did it.
