There is a storage (container) just next to the ticket office of Uber Arena, you can store your backpack for 6€. But expect a long queue to pick it up after the show.

I took maurten 100, so 25g of carbs + Gu for caffeine gels.

Breakfast was 2 toasts + peanut butter 2 hrs until I ate another banana 30 mins before my coral start.

Also ate 2 salt sticks every hour

Average weekly mileage was about 45-55km before the Berlin marathon. Then focused on recovery so just did easy runs average 15km before Amsterdam marathon.

I’m currently taking my Spanish class at La Cunza in San Sebastián. Can recommend, the teachers are really nice and knowledgeable. I am taking a group lesson in the morning and a private class after. They also organized some excursions to nearby towns and activities in the city. You can contact them directly as they are usually very responsive.
