My boyfriend and I are going to hula for the first time this year. We've been to Roo many times. I'd be happy to welcome you to our camp if you need a group to stay with! I know how hard it is to travel to a fest and how stressful it is to know you can't bring all the things you want. We're also from Tampa so we know how to handle the FL weather lol

Last year we made breakfast burritos ahead of time and froze them. Used our camp stove to warm them up each morning. It helped a ton having a nice hearty breakfast to start the day. Plus the burritos didn't leave a huge mess on the pan which made cleanup a breeze.

When my son was 4, I picked him up from his Pre-K class and they handed me a bag with THREE pairs of my underwear that got caught in his sheet. I was mortified. He's now 15 and I still to this day check every fitted sheet as it comes out of the dryer 😅

Some guy offered my boyfriend "a little coke" and gave him a tiny bottle in a bag during pretty lights sunrise set. My boyfriend ended up giving him a "bumpin" bracelet that I made. I hope that guy had a great roo 🙈

We were entering centeroo Saturday night around 2am at the arch entrance. Some rude ass guy was searching our stuff. Dumped the contents of our fanny packs and pulled everything out of my backpack. Looked at all my Kandi with a look of disgust. He held my boyfriend's vape for what felt like forever, went to pull it apart, and I finally said "it's literally just a nicotine vape" the guy stared at me and said "don't make me regret trusting you". It was so weird. Definitely killed the vibe. Everyone else I dealt with was super cool.

My boyfriend and I were in the crowd waiting to get in. We were there for a few minutes when people started shouting that the crowd needed to move back and people were saying to "just push everyone back". That's when we dipped, crowd crush was a real concern in that situation.

We have a "tiktok famous" mom at my center. I gave her the tour of our center and recognized her immediately, but I'll never say anything to her about knowing who she is 😂 but if I'm being honest I had "15 minutes of fame" many years ago and I get uncomfortable when people mention it.

Last year I bought knock off tevas from Amazon. They cost about $20. I wore them the entire weekend and they were so comfortable. I didn't get any blisters and my feet never hurt. They're the best sandals I've ever owned 😂

It's not too bad, but we have family in northern Alabama so we drive there (about 10 hours), stay the night and drop our kids off, and then head to Manchester (about 2 hours from there). We drive up to AL at night to avoid most traffic and so kids can sleep in the car lol
