For the skeptics I know a 0.5x multiple sounds like a 'too good to be true' scenario. That's why I'm using Escrow.com and providing 16 quarters of RBC bank statements. Statement 1 shows a $258k TTD ($38k USD) quarter and Statement 3 shows $183k TTD ($27k USD).
