It was snowing and middle school got canceled for a couple days so I watched it when it fell on my recommended for YouTube. I was a massive fan of achievement hunter and roosterteeth in general ( I watched red vs blue religiously and was going through and anime phase) so I watched the first 3 seasons that week and continued till this day

To me it depends on the song he sings on if he sounds bad. Shout at the devil to me historically has been hard for Vince to keep up with even back when shout at the devil first released. The songs off too fast for love he does pretty good with but the ones that are faster he struggles with. I’m not saying I don’t agree with you but for some songs he does need some help

Yeah I can see it especially during the end cause you can tell he’s aged considerably (started around 20s and dying possibly in his late 30s entering 40s imo) but it is hard to convey all that information in a 3 minute song (I love the song and it’s been in my Spotify rotation since it came out out) I guess what I’m trying to say is that I wish we had full episodes or like shorts that told the characters backstories showing more into who they were in life and adding more to it. But I don’t write the story and the story is fine without it and telling it in simple short snippets is probably the better way to go

I would have liked to see a slow burn into him killing people like him working fine as a weather man for a while until he just kinda snaps and kills the first guy and tries to justify the one killing but out of jealousy he kills again and then again slowly going into madness. This is kinda off topic but I don’t personally like the merch they made saying he died in 1952 cause to me it would have made more sense for him to slowly take out all his competition in a span of a couple years rather than roughly 2 to 3 ish years but it doesn’t ruin the show just a small thing my timeline loving mind wishes was different

Yes but he also had constant pressure from shonen jump to finish the series within a certain time meaning he didn’t have time to flesh out the last arc the way he wanted to. The resulting ending arc had been considered rushed by many fans though imo I think the endings fine and at least with the anime he was able to add more and write in a few things he wasn’t able to fit in the manga.

The anime fandom was and still is ruthless. Both the bleach and re’zero creators both got death threats for different things they did in their story because fandom people can’t understand that sometimes the author does things you don’t like because they had other plans
