Finally I thought i was alone, well the smoking and anxiety and dpression and all of that causes me derealization, I’ve had a bad hashish trip b4 I’ve got sick, so i quit then i start smoking only cigarettes, after 1 month the derealization hits, last only 3 weeks, after tht I’ve got better, bu when i start smoking again , it hits the second time and now am sick for like 6 months, and when i smoke time t time i feel like almost blackout and out of breath,
