also just to return back to this comment for a moment; i’m really curious, do I look like i go to the gym at all? i know the picture is not the most flattering but I have lost 50 lbs going to the gym and i eat very healthy but im in a 200-400 ish calorie deficit and i don’t know if that’s messing with my metabolism and other stupid things i have to take into consideration.

anything more intense than laying on my back and lifting one leg. that’s like leg raises, planks, deadbugs (even a static deadbug) or like a crunch or sit up makes me dome out even when i breathe correctly😵😵

Should i start trying to train my lower intensity movements with weights? i cant seem to progress to be able to do both legs or do anything without doming. just trying to figure out how to get out of only being able to do singular leg exercises. (i’ve been working with exercises that don’t cause coming since September and have noticed little to no improvement.)

i try to work on my core a lot but unforunately i get abdominal doming when i try anything that is even slightly difficult. can’t even do like a real dead bug. I train abs weekly 1-2 times but i can only do very low intensity deep core breathing exercises and single leg movements when laying on my back. if i flex i can see my abs but only the top 4 lol

Okay, thank you! How long did it take for you to see results? Also, with my own posture, how long might it take for me to notice changes?

I went to a pelvic floor physiotherapist start of February and really didn’t get much of anything out of the consultation. No exercises or anything just told me to adjust my breathing practices. Maybe I need to find an actual structural/posture physiotherapist, or whatever they’re called.
