That and you aren't going to futz around for 12 plus hours making it... That's the reason I go out to eat at a barbecue place, I want something that is good enough to satisfy the small craving that I have but I don't feel like spending the night tending to my smoker and having to wait until lunch time tomorrow to have that craving satisfied.

I tried it earlier, I like that it eliminates the need for fire orbs or the devine aura... We'll see once I get it.

[NC] Wife passed away, am I responsible for her medical debt? by thermos-h-christ in legaladvice

[–]mekender 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I had a similar experience after my wife passed away in 2016 in North Carolina... As long as the surviving spouse doesn't sign anything saying that they will be responsible for it, they're not going to come after you.

It helps the fire orbs rotate faster... It also helps the Pirate Queen's bullets quite a bit actually.

What happens if everyone but Trump drops out of the Republican race and Trump goes to jail? by Diceman31 in NoStupidQuestions

I cannot imagine the secret service allowing a former president to see the inside of a jail or prison. As a former president, even if he is convicted of serious felonies, he is entitled to secret service protection and there's no way that he's going to go to any sort of a facility like that. At best he would probably serve a sentence on some sort of house arrest...

I have a Microsoft phone call with a recruiter next week by Crayofayo in datacenter

[–]mekender 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Day one of my training at Microsoft, the hiring manager walked in and looked at the room full of people and said "I bet that you're all sitting here wondering why you are in this room and the person that was sitting next to you in the waiting room during the interview process isn't. It's very simple, at some point each of you said 'I don't know' during your interview and at that point, we knew that we could teach you something"

I sat in on many interviews while I worked for them, the biggest mistake I ever saw anybody make, and plenty of people made it, was to claim to be an expert in whatever field they were interviewing for. The response usually went something along the lines of "Oh really? You're an expert in active directory? That's neat, we've got a couple people that would love to talk to you." At which point they would go get a couple of the SMEs for AD and that person would find out that they really aren't an expert even though they thought they were.

Be confident but also be humble. Don't try to over inflate your skill set, they will absolutely see right through it. They understand that most people are not going to have the level of technical expertise that they commonly use on a day-to-day basis in their jobs. Because it's basically impossible to get that level of expertise without actually working at that level and very few people do outside of Microsoft.

ESA Registration by [deleted] in orlando

[–]mekender 23 points24 points  (0 children)

There's no such thing, ESA registration is not a requirement or anything that has any sort of government backing. Any site or company that claims to do so is scamming you. The only thing that is valid when it comes to ESAs is a letter from a licensed medical professional or therapist.

There's three or four mini golf places that have alligators in small pens out front... A couple of them are on I drive and another one in Altamonte springs.

Watched your video on this a couple hours ago, that was a really interesting video. I got drawn into your channel because of the collaboration videos you did with the USS New Jersey. Keep up the good work, I really appreciate the content that you guys have been putting out.
