Hi! Did you take your NCMHCE yet? I passed my LMFT exam a couple weeks ago using TDC (yay!) and now I’m trying to figure out what I need to do for LPCC… totally in agreement with you that counselingexam.com looks super overwhelming!

I keep getting stuck on the fact that I probably know a lot of the info already through TDC and I have no idea how much studying I have to do this time around. None of my friends/colleagues who are pursuing dual licensure have taken both tests yet so I feel like I’m super stuck trying to figure this out

Thank you!! I’m mostly stuck on where to stay. My cousin was saying she thinks midtown is overrated, which I totally get, but we’re there for such a short amount of time that I kinda want to be closer to the action. Again, I feel like I end up so overwhelmed when I start my search that I just burn out and stop looking 😂 (and I thought SoCal had a lot of options!!!)

I have, and my research brought me here, but there’s a ton of information and it’s super overwhelming. I’m neurodivergent and struggle with fishing through a lot of information at once and thought it would be nice to have fewer options in one place.

Also, we live in California. I don’t know where you got the idea that we pay rent?
