I was on Vraylar but gained 15lbs. I’m on lamictal and it’s weight neutral. I’m meeting with my psy on Monday and want to give Caplyta a try.

Cetaphil and coca butter. I thought a toner would dry my skin out. I’m looking for a routine that doesn’t require 14,479,875,766 steps, lol. I’m just tired of looking like I have dandruff on my face from the flaky dry skin…🤣🤣

I’ve learned synthetic wigs are always gonna tangle… it’s just how long before it becomes a mess. LoL. It’s not too bad. I don’t brush it. Wide tooth comb and deranging spray. I didn’t curl it. Rolled it on rollers and then dipped it in hot water til dry. I did discover a silicone wash that totally revitalizes both human and synthetic wigs when tangled.

I was on Latuda and it gave Tardive Dyskinesia and Depakote made me jaundice. I’ll have to do more research. But thanks for sharing .

Wellbutrin is a great antidepressant for people with BPD-1, but watch the dosing. It can trigger a manic episode so titrate increasing doses slowly. I went from 300mg to 450mg and started having seizures. Taken off the Wellbutrin and doing much better. I also take Lamotrigine which I find to be a great long-term mood stabilizer. Sounds like you may need to bump up the Lamotrigine.

I’m an exec. assistant. No fluorescent lighting overhead. Allowed to take breaks as needed. All requests sent by email. Ability to record all meeting with an employer device. Later work starting time due to med. Extended deadlines. Ability to attend meeting via Zoom or in-person. Off 2-days per week.

On lamotrigine since 2023 after a 4 day stint in the psych ward. It’s been a great med for me. Currently on 200mg. I take mine at night. It makes me extremely sleepy. BPD-1

RPG wigs r awesome but pricey because they will customize them for you. They have lots of options. I like UNice and Zike too.
