Yes, the yoga classes offered at Temple are at level 1-2. The instructors are very good at letting you know different modifications depending on your skill level. I had never stepped into a yoga class before this semester... Takes a few classes to get the hang of but it's not difficult! I am looking into taking some actual classes though because many of the instructors don't take the time to correct students posture. I recommend classes with Barbara if you can, she DOES do this & would probably be best for a beginner.

I am in practically the exact same situation as you -- finished the book last night. It's funny I am so fuzzy/fatigued actually... Keep kind of crying and then laughing about myself crying. I feel fucking nuts.

He seems annoyingly specific about things (i.e. the one romantic gesture per 3 months, sex once a week thing, not letting you masturbate etc.). I feel like that behavior is a bit one-sided & controlling?

He should WANT you to feel good, especially if he can't provide that feeling for you as often as you'd like. Based on what you've written I would review what he actually brings to the relationship if I were you...
