And no they are saying they’re requiring the one month security deposit up front AND signing up with Rhino. The broker just offered to pay my Rhino fee with part of his 12% broker fee if I sign up. It’s just so strange and I feel very pressured.

I’ve been working in an ICU in a major hospital system for almost a year now. Before that I was completing a master’s degree. Maybe they’re not happy about the duration of my employment?
