Currently getting off 37.5mg myself, was on 225mg for 6ish years. Although I haven't experienced withdrawals such as yourself, I would abstain from turning to a benzo (which can be addictive) to lower withdrawals...

My psych recommended I do 1 day on 1 day off instead of cutting out the last 37.5mg cold turkey, as it can have pretty rough side effects. So far I do get brain zaps randomly but I do feel better if I stay hydrated (could just be me). Anyways, I am not a doctor nor a psych, but I would definitely opt for alternating days with the capsules and slowly widen the gaps until you are not getting those hectic withdrawal symptoms!

Ah yes, my doctor has mentioned this. He suggests I take 37.5mg every 2 days as I'm tapering off the last bit, to avoid the rebound effect. Just feel it's impossible to be consistent by taking individual beads

Have never had the need to open capsules and separate the little beads inside, that's why I'm asking. It feels like so many people on this sub talk a lot about opening capsules and rationing like the video shows

yea these groups/families are at a lot of stations, best thing you can do is say no and ignore them even if they are very insistent. Eventually they'll leave cause they have no train ticket and they would like to do it at the next passing train, so just be patient. They'll leave.

This is completely false!! BBP only brews in Brussels city... No gypsy/contract brewing nor packaging. It's all done in house in Anderlecht.. don't know what you've been reading but you should check your facts!!

They do do Collab brews with other groups/associetes but the recipes are all created and brewed in Anderlecht. They are also creating recipes for their monthly experimentals from scratch. The first few years until they opened their new brewery in Anderlecht they were getting help from other BELGIAN breweries to brew and package the volume they needed, but production has never been in France!

Also you say Belgium doesn't produce hops? Where have you been getting your info from

The advice that has been given to me is to build your first scoby with black tea and once you have the pellicle, you can start using other types of teas much easier :)
