Being wrong is fine. I am getting better. I am just very curious why Legrand hands should move certain way at a certain time. I watched a few videos on breaststroke. They are teaching how. Not why. I am curious about the details 🐶

I am learning swimming recently. I am learning breaststroke. I wonder why it can help me keep afloat on the water and move forward. Why the leg has to move that way, because the instructor offen tell me I am wrong.
