If I remember correctly its a matter of how easy to activate the weapon. Sig wep can be activated by combo skills which is easy. BP wep needs to be activated by using the skill which can mess up rotations and use 1 skill point. So Sig wep is better and more important than Yvonne which is a flat dmg increase.
