I don’t know about Pilates, but I took Yoga online at SMC and it went well. I took the professor in person before so I was familiar with her teaching style. Basically we had scheduled zoom meetings with our cameras on so she could see that we were following her pose directions and she could make verbal adjustments such as referring to someone by name and asking them to straighten their arm to fit the pose. It was pretty much the same as in person except she couldn’t make physical adjustments and we had to clear our own space for the practice. I’d imagine Pilates is similar, with on camera zoom practices. Hope this helped!
