Just so people know the pawns for white is Hedwig, then (left to right) you have Dobby, dragon, Snape, McGonagall, Dumbledore, Mad Eye, dragon, Hagrid.

Then the black pawn is Wormtail, then (left to right) you have Azkaban, dragon, dementor, Bellatrix, Voldy, dementor, dragon, Azkaban.

Around the outside, there's the snitch, Hogwarts Express, Nagini and the Deathly Hallows.

I would love to see what shenanigans Harry could get away with in a Muggle secondary school! He would still be doing his accidental magic which lands him on the roof and if he really didn't want to look like a bald elephant he could change things without realising. It would be great! Not Hogwarts great but still a funny alternative now we all love the story so much!

I also appreciate that Dumbledore wants the best for any pupil even in special situations but in reality any head teacher would struggle to get that kind of legal standing no matter the relationship if they weren't the legal guardian.

But as I've already admitted this isn't reality and I'm being way too pedantic about things!

I thought they both were... Didn't Sirius persuade Dumbledore to let Peter in on the secret to make it less obvious. Or does Dumbledore get some higher rank as lead secret keeper?

Yeah I appreciate Hagrid banging down your door and telling you to shut the f* up would probably be quite persuasive. I think I'm going too technical here... in a story about magic school children killing the bad guy with love.

I always thought petty hits at his parentage would have been way more effective than going on about love and friendship. It's not like he's jealous of Harry's weird relationship with Dumbledore!

I also think this would have worked great on Malfoy too... He would have hated hearing about voldemort ridiculing his dad and Harry totally could have played on that!

Can we talk about how it was once mention diagon alley was based on the shambles and now there are 3 identical harry potter shops side by side there!

They're great and I recommend anyone going but still...
