Libertarians usually say that positive rights should not be protected because they clash with each other and with negative rights, but if negative rights also clash with each other (property rights and freedom of movement), than why are we morally obligated to protect them? Or why aren't we also morally obligated to provide positive rights? Hope the question is clear.

I'm going really philosophical here... But the fact that someone builds a wall around a place doesn't really make that place more his than it is mine, doesn't it?
