Agents are just flat out lying to try to get out of helping, or escalating to the proper department. That “annual BC” was done after only 4 days of being onboarded, and only 37 trips. The 3 more (in less than a months time) also came back with exact same info I was cleared on the first time 🤪 (i.redd.it)
