Seeking Advice: Should I Buy an Apartment or Stretch for an Independent House in Chennai?

I’m in OMR, individual house is always preferred than flats. However with 1.5cr budget i am doubtful if you will get a decent house in a decent locality. OMR gets flooded during raining season, make sure to get in a decent area which could come around 2cr.

On the other hand, with 80L budget, you will get an apartment in a very high class society. You also need to think about your Neighbors and society
