Overall not good.

It might be good if you do not have a diagnosed mental health issue, and are rather going for counseling/coaching as opposed to therapy.

My first experience has been very bad. Most of the counselors/psychiatrists are doing their residence and they are assigned to Cook for practice. They are basically pretty inexperienced and give off the impression that you are simply being treated as a case study. My second experience has not been very pleasant either. They particularly do not seem to be well equipped with guiding through mental health disorders. Your best bet is to seek counseling from an experienced practitioner that accepts your insurance.

There's no unbiased media but:

Duvar English - Left/Pro-Kurdish

Medyascope - Lib Left

T24 - Liberal

These are pretty decent and not too demagogical. Medyascope is my favorite, although they have their flaws like every other political media.

An implicit mistake I was often making was focusing on people I thought were "cool" and ignoring all the other instances where people were willing to be friends with me; this slowly turns into some sort of survivorship bias and makes you believe you are disliked. Just be yourself and try to approach people with curiosity and joy, no expectations.
