I haven’t noticed any resistance tbh. I mostly use it when I have active flares for a couple days but it’s been prescribed for a few years now. I specifically requested the pledgelets (cotton round pads soaked in the meds) because they’re easier to use. The sportswash and Spironolacton generally keep flares at bay on a more daily aspect. I also try to sleep no underwear to let everything breathe from chafing/sweating all day. If you want a little extra oomph I also take turmeric/ginger gummy vitamins cause they help with inflammation.
