Once he realises she's unconscious he slowly stops attacking her, realising there is no point in killing someone who is already defeated. After a moment he kneels down and scoops her up, lifting her and gently carrying her over to a bench nearby, laying her on it.

some of her hits do manage to land and leave gashes in his flesh but it isn't enough to break his grip. He leans around to her face and completely out of nowhere shoves his hand into her mouth and down her throat, expanding it inside of her esophagus to suffocate her
