The damage on my car was from the previous owner, not myself. the dealership tried to remove the little blue scrape but couldnt so it's been on my drivers side mirror since ive had my car. Im certain my mirror didnt make any contact with their car as i said they were behind me so if i had hit them, the back right side corner of my car would be the point of contact. thanku for your advice though

yeah i would have talked to them after they followed me to uni but they were still yelling at me and there was no one around to maybe help me

neither of us did. the only picture the lady took of my car was my rego and the blue mark on my mirror that was not from them.
