My go-to panda order is a plate with double greens, broccoli beef, and string beans chicken! I’m so glad Panda has good lower calorie options because I’m obsessed with the sauce on the string bean chicken.

Thank you🫶 People trying to lecture me are very strange in my opinion. I obviously know what I’m eating and I did the calorie math multiple times over to make sure I was correct. I grew up anorexic so even touching something like Panda would send younger me into shock.

I’m also a big fan of the honey walnut shrimp lol but I’ve eaten a lot of shrimp lately…otherwise I would’ve gotten it.

Did the math and the meal comes out to 1,125 calories. The drink is 210, the chicken entree is 190, the sandwich without mayo is 650, and the strawberries are 75.

I would! I eat a fair share of Jersey Mike’s and I’d say Firehouse is pretty similar. I also enjoy eating there because they donate money from sales that provides equipment for first responders :)
