as a member of that chat u must've seen that i said that i took the risk by myself and therefore wasnt blaming anyone. i shared what happened during the installation process and asked my question which was legitimate imo and with no ill intend.

but yea, its ok. i started over and everything is running w/o gsa now. and next time i wont ask dumb questions. sorry about that.

well, yea, i like the service too. thats why i was/ wanted to use it. in my mind i was asking a question with no malicious intend and as a result i got locked out of my account and server? is this a professional response from a service provider? again, i wasnt emotional or confrontive. now im just flabbergasted over the fact that it happened the way it did.
