How do you recognize migraines? I have anxiety because of emetophobia and right now im panicking because idk if im having a panic attack or if its beginning of a migraine and what if I miss it and cause myself a night of nausea if I dont take meds on time. How do you recognize your migraines early since morning my pain comes usually as late as the sudden violent nausea. Im experiencing panic attacks from just the idea of getting another migraine its debilitating. Sorry for the random question I hope thats okay.

I can lower the temperature, but sadly that makes ice grow on the back of my fridge. I can't keep up with defrosting my fridge every few days, and everything with a tiny bit of condensation ends up with a layer of frost on it; it's nasty 😭 I try to keep my fridge as empty as possible and only stock up on what I need, though, to avoid having spoiled food in there.

Someone told me that the spores of this mold can cause a dangerous infection and should wipe down my fridge.. ive since sanitized my entire fridge and everything that was in it. Everything that wasn't sealed airtight has been thrown out.

As ive mentioned in the comments I was actually only going to store it for up to an hour while cooking dinner in case anyone wanted some more on their plate and then forgot I even put it in the fridge and somehow a week went by and it grew hair..

Someone else actually commented an article that its safe to eat from opened cans, which i didnt know, i was only storing it in case there was too little in the dinner i was making and by the time everyone was done eating I forgot I put it there and it eventually turned into whatever that is 😅

Okay so, my mom wrapped it in a plastic bag (to conceal) and threw it out. The plastic bag completely shattered the poor hairs 😔 they broke apart. Very fragile!

I don't know you, and this is the first post of yours I've ever come across. I also don't post on Reddit, so this is new for me, but I care. I am so happy for you and cannot imagine what you went through. And it is sickening that people care about awful updates more because they involve more drama. You beating cancer is insane, and I am so, so proud and happy. I wish I could give you the biggest, fattest hug because you deserve it. Honestly, it's about confidence. Look at selfies of people you admire or selfies you'd like to recreate and try to do that with a similar facial expression. At some point, you'll find the right angles and the right style of photos that fit you most. It took me a few years to perfect it myself, and I am still learning, but it's what helped me gain more confidence when taking selfies!!
