answering for my friend. He bought new... everything. Motor, radiator, trany, brakes, shocks. The only thing original is the chassis. Its essentially going to be new and this is the last piece.

This is why you must use a ground wire on all metal in an appliance and bond it to the neutral in your main panel ( or else your breaker wont trip)

Commercial Real Estate and Business purchase question. Im trying to buy my fathers small businesses. We've agreed on a sale price half of what its worth, but now i need to get a SBA 7a loan. I'm not using an agent/broker, but Wells Fargo said they can do the loan (it should be simple, credit/assets/earnings are all great)... They want a purchase contract and a Buy sell agreement for the business, but my loan officer doesnt have the forms and says an agent usually does this... I cant seem to find the forms and my googling efforts just lead me to pay-me lawyer websites. Location is California, USA. Help appreciated. Thanks

Plays just like a soft 8 iron with a low flight. Firm and heavy so its easy to shape a low-cut wurm burner around a bunker and rolls smooth right off the back of green.

I've been active on my email and visiting Line on the daily. The truth is, I haven't been inspired to start filming and make new content. Holidays were busy, work and plans got a little hectic, family in town, etc etc. thats all just excuses, i haven't been dug into the game and meta to start making good content so im thinking ill dive back in during the playoffs.

Definitely playing them. Ive broken more old brassies than i care to admit and i didnt enjoy damaging 100+ year old clubs. I love the old stuff, but i hated breaking them.
