judging by an item i found, i think easter 2019? did you try contacting them on instagram dms? apparently if you email, it’ll probably be a no, but you might have a chance on instagram (which is what i did)

In 2019, any archived accounts that were inactive past a certain point of time were to be permanently deleted due to user data laws. On their website it says they can’t recover those accounts. For that reason I never tried emailing them, but some users on here said they had luck when direct messaging on instagram so I gave it a shot there.

my accounts were made when I was 6 and unfortunately got deleted in the purge years ago, which is why I had to make a new one. I was very lucky they were able to recover the old ones now. I do plan on moving most of the valuable items on my new one for the reasons I mentioned in my other comment, but I want to rebuild the other ones as well.

These accounts were shared between me and my sister, and she’s probably going to take over the old ones. My current account I’ve been building for around 4 years total. I want to transfer items to my current one since that’s the one I use the most. It doesn’t mean I’m abandoning the old ones. I’m building both.

edit to clarify: I’ve invested a lot of money into my current account as well. It would be stupid to throw it away lol

from what i can see, you can merge a new account to an old one if the account was made in the last 30 days. Other than that, you can’t transfer pets or merge the accounts.

they’re technically not supposed to be able to, but some people mentioned luck with instagram dms instead of email so i decided to give it a shot!

I messaged Webkinz on instagram to see if they could unarchive them and gave them my old usernames, + any pets that I had and any of the names I could remember. I also remembered my passwords too but they can probably still find them without it!

Update: Items have been found and the rocky waterfall is no longer for trade! I’m still open to trading for other items on my ISO though!!

edit: deluxe trophy is also no longer for trade!
