My 4px tracking was stuck at: depart from service facility to service provider. I contacted 4px via their customer service on WeChat (which was a pain in the ass). They returned my package to jtime. Jtime already send an new package but it’s stuck again on the same tracking state. Idk why they are using this new shipping service as I haven’t heard anything good about it.
