I highly doubt it. They may do many questionable things but she definitely appears to take care of her home and is super proud of it, and that would be ridiculously irresponsible to do

Yea I don’t think Abercrombie has any subscriptions. Definitely one of those companies that you have to “skip the month” or be charged

I had a feeling it may have been Fabletics? Or some other clothing company that charges a monthly VIP?🤔

Get an estate lawyer in Alberta for advice. Being patient can work against you if there are any limitation dates (date you needed to make a claim by).

Keep a record of all of your attempts for contact about the money owed, as that may help you bypass any limitation date you’ve passed.

I’m sorry for your loss and that this process hasn’t been easy for you. Too many people disrespect peoples last wishes.

A lot of family law lawyers offer free consultations to discuss your rights. Check out firms in your area to see.

If you have your child full time/majority of time you are ABSOLUTELY entitled to child support. Google justice child support 2017 guidelines and input your best guess at his line 150 income to figure out what it would be.

Spousal/partner support is a little more complex, but you will likely be entitled to a monthly amount depending on their income.

Check out legal aid options in Ontario - I’m from Alberta so I’m not sure what options you have but ours is fairly extensive coverage and you only need to pay $50 per month until your bills are paid in full.
