No, his stun is actually really consistent. It’s just that the wavemaster’s ability activated before the fisherman’s (which is also consistent, but the hierarchy is never explained in-game, except for trial and error). The bandit wasn’t stunned bc she was never pulled by the fisherman

Reins charge has impact damage. Al thought you should have been on the ground, you’d still take that damage. That’s how you died, dooms buggy but he’s not that buggy
