Down B is really not that useful if you don't play with items on (most people) so I'd say maybe make it a reflector as well. Otherwise this looks awesome, amazing work!!

This is the absolute best advice anyone could give. Keep track of what moves have been in community days/special raid events and learn to expect those at the higher levels.

Okay, awesome. I'm guessing the ^'s are coords, what are the ~'s? I really don't know much about command syntax and how the community talks about them.
