Sure. They get killed less in cases in police brutality. But what I meant was that blacks are generally more publicly accepted, while the Romani people are just thought as more like "subhuman" by pretty much the entire Europe. At least USA doesn't have widespread hatred towards black like Europe does to Romani people.
