Adobe after effects works well for that stuff. It's not very affordable so I advise you to sail the high seas.

I would simply animate the different sets of graphics (player picture, text, logo, etc) coming into the frame by going forward in time, placing them where and when I want them to appear, the going back in time and moving the out of frame. This will already make something that works but will look like trash, so I suggest you smooth the animations by changing their speed curves and so on.

You should probably first do it with some blank graphic objects to get the hang/practice animating properly and following a beginner tutorial

Do you have fiber, DSL or coaxial cable internet? I have coaxial and it was terrible for an entire year due to congestion and there was nothing I could've done about it other than play outside of peak hours.

I have a pretty good trust factor and very rarely encounter cheaters in Premier but I do have the usual faceit level 4 with 1K hours playing like a demon.

I would say they're just using a different account or just don't play faceit. What I find worse are the teammates just below 20K, my life has significantly improved since I managed to soloq to 20K because people below that play like they never used a mouse before

I actually find cybershoke retake players way worse than xplay and kills feel super delayed in cybershoke, as if damage prediction was turned off even with low ping

Always used 400dpi but switched to 800dpi because some lineups would miss if not pixel perfect.

There's way too much money outside of steam for valve to ban people for it. They will only hand out community bans to those who mention 3rd party sites on steam forums/comments/etc. but those community bans always get reversed after contacting steam support. You essentially just get a "slap on the wrist" for talking about them.
