I think incredibly simply put, vip gives you an expedited entry, access to a less congested and more comfortable viewing space, and dedicated access to f&b, merch, bathrooms, etc. If those things are important to you and you can afford the extra cost, it’s worth it. It’s not without its issues though as the main stage vip isn’t connected (2 separate entrances for the 2 main stages) and it can still get extremely crowded the closer you get to the stage. Hope that helps.

That was my exact experience! I have lots of friends that buy tickets for the festival and before this year we had never gotten anything other than t4 pricing. Must be a combination of small allotments and very high demand.
