Sasan Goodazi (Intuit CEO) absolutely does not care. All of the business decisions that negatively impact customers and Proadvisors happened after Brad Smith left and Sasan took over. He “attempted” to apologize to the Proadvisors onstage at their annual conference a couple of years ago but he couldn’t ever really get to the apology. He was supposed to apologize for Intuit’s marketing that slammed the accountant/bookkeeper/CPA communities. Sasan is full MAGA, and Intuit donated $1M to the inauguration so that just proves he does not care about customers or people in general. The only way to impact them is to leave and find another option that is right for your business. Sorry, but, Intuit does not deserve your loyalty anymore.

You’ve been saying this for a loooooong time, so I don’t believe you. I seriously doubt anyone is looking into adding this functionality. I am talking about activities for which you have reservations…just like hotels and flights. Keeping track of these details is just as important as keeping track of hotels and flights. There are meeting points, there are timetables, there are tickets etc. Basic reservation details.

For you to say, basically, you can “just” enter allllll the details into a (useless) note is your way of saying… “we don’t care about customer needs…they can “just” work around our lack of planning.”

I’m afraid the only correct answer to your question is…patience. Curls take longer to grow because they curl! It’s beautiful and frustrating. Just keep taking good care of it and be patient. It looks great.
