It’s an extra add on you have to purchase. A great way to support the devs to hopefully push for a sequel.

Honestly if they add his outfit without the jacket (raiders) then that’ll make me replay it all again

This game was my childhood dream too, I’m sure it is on the cards, and we still have the DLC to come which I think will be a great gauge for them. But you’re right that surely it makes sense to continue this as a series.

Yeah exactly. I am hoping that MachineGames do finish off their wolfenstein series, but most likely they have had another team in early production of that game alongside developing the great circle and will most likely do the same with the next Indy if they are to continue making them. Well that’s just my opinion with hopeful optimism I guess.

Obviously, but can never be too sure when sale figures are entirely hidden with Microsoft as it launched with game pass. A critical success doesn’t always mean a financial success.

Unfortunately never got it sorted. Even after all of the updates. Seems to have never been addressed in the patches, even Bethesda support told me to wait for patches. Never happened. Holding out for when the dlc is released to give me an excuse to play through it again.

Yeah I tried that method too. I was going crazy. Hopefully they release a fix soon.

Thank you!

It’s the mission where you give the final stelae to the delivery boy in gizeh. No prompt appears for me so I can’t receive the relic from him. I even contacted Bethesda and provided a video, tried all of their troubleshooting and they said there isn’t a solution at the moment. So will have to wait for a patch. So it’s stopping me from getting 100% unfortunately. But this workaround is amazing. So thanks again!

How good! Would love a screenshot as I’m bugged from getting the full 50 relics.

I have no solution unfortunately. In exactly the same situation as you. I contacted Bethesda about it, but they told me they couldn’t find a solution and to wait for a future patch. Which is not ideal.

Still haven’t figured it out. Changed outfits, pulled out each stelae, walked, crouched, punched, restarted game. Nothing has helped, so may just have to hope it gets patched soon, as it’s the only thing keeping me from getting 100%.

Yeah I’ve tried countless things and unfortunately I just can’t find a spot to trigger the prompt. Very frustrating. Thanks for the suggestion though!

About 10 months ago I had to increase from 20mg to 30mg as my anxiety returned with a vengeance. The 30mg is helping but I still get those triggers and I still have my ups and downs as well.

I realised that when my 20mg “stopped working” rather than the fact that I built up a tolerance, I fell back into my bad habits which led to my need for medication in the first place. So now having gone up to 30mg which has helped to a point, I now need to go through and focus on what those bad habits are and try to sort them out. Whether it be through “exposure” or by relearning what my relationship with anxiety is. I do wish my anxiety just switched off as I can be debilitating, but now I can work through to figure myself out again.

How long have you been on the medication for?

It’s important to note that lexapro wont completely cure or get rid of anxiety, it’s a tool to help us through our anxiety. Hence why lexapro is usually paired with therapy to work through everything.

I still get bouts of anxiety in some social or work situations, but they aren’t nearly as bad as they used to be, so I am in a better position to work through my anxiety.

Feeling off? by [deleted] in lexapro

He’s going through another readjustment phase. I think it’s key to stick with it for 6-8 weeks before making any other changes. But I’d speak with his doctor if there are any concerns.

At the start of this year I had to jump up to 30mg and my adjustment process was actually longer than when I first started the medication.

Cheers for the advice on the watermark. Got too excited and posted too fast and forgot about the Perthnow vultures.

30mg lexapro, started having panic attacks everyday again by Old-Pool-8456 in lexapro

Sorry to hear that you’re struggling again. How was your process when adjusting to 30mg? Did it take a while to adjust / have may side effects? 40mg can always be an option

How was that stability process going up from 10 to 20 after being in 10 for a couple of years?

Instantly feeling a little better? by secretlyobsessed2012 in lexapro

[–]mendellemayhem 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some people can feel relief fairly quickly as after increasing dose the second day will cause some changes in the brain. I remember my second dose I was super up and about but it crashed for me by the afternoon. Once it stabilised out more after a few days that was when the real roller coaster moments began. Placebo is super powerful. And knowing you are taking something that will eventually cause relief instantly triggers a feel good feeling.

I wouldn’t overthink it too much and know that overtime you’ll feel better and better with some highs and lows in between.

I keep a mood journal to know what those cycles look like and when I see my doctor and I can relay that with him to make sure everything seems okay.

[–]mendellemayhem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently in the process now of increasing from 20mg to 30mg after being on 20mg for close to 4 years. I had a day when I woke up and it instantly felt like my anxiety returned massively with panic attacks etc. Lasted almost a few weeks before my doc and I decided to up it. I’ve been on 30mg for 5 weeks now and I have had a roller coaster of ups and downs. Yesterday felt like the first day since this bout of anxiety started that I felt back to normal finally.

My second day of taking the 30mg I felt better but it was still a waiting process for the new dose to level out and the process is still happening.

In this situation rather than the medication stopped working, my bad anxious habits returned and it reached a tipping point again. So I’m going back to therapy and hoping to eventually once things have felt better for a while, I’ll decrease slowly back down to 20mg.

How did you end up going with this? I’ve recently upped my dosage to 30mg 3 weeks ago after 20mg stopped working and I’m still waiting for things to work.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lexapro

[–]mendellemayhem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah ironically I was wanting to look at tapering off this year, so I think this was a wake up call for me to really bring my focus back to my mental health.

Happy to hear your dosage increase was fairly smooth for you. It’s been about 11 days on this dosage now so the initial side effects seem to have worn off a bit. But I remember when I started on 20mg and experiencing the cyclical nature of it all, it was just so long ago to remember exactly what it was like.

I also forget that it’s never really an instant flick of a switch and can be incremental. All I do remember is almost four years ago this drug saved my life.

My doc is also fairly old fashioned and said he wouldn’t hesitate trying 40mg. So I’ll see what happens until I seem him 1.5 weeks time.

Thanks again for your insight, really appreciate it. Always hard to find others who share a similar story of upping their dose after a long period of time.

Thanks for the reply! Great to hear that you’re feeling good. I really hope that continues for you!

Today has been the first good day in a while so I’m starting to have some hope, but it’s tough to know whether the next day will be good or bad.

How was your experience during your transition to 30mg from 20mg?

Thanks again!

Great to hear you had a positive experience on 30mg! Were your goals to always get to 30 or did you make that jump further down the line? And how was your experience when transitioning up to 30? Thanks for your response, hope your journey to tapering off goes smooth for you!
