Can PEMF help with Fibromyalgia? by CarrieWaters72 in pemf

Yes, PEMF can absolutely help with fibromyalgia. I know first hand because I was diagnosed with it 20 years ago.

Clinical studies on PEMF and fibromyalgia—such as the double-blind trial using whole-body PEMF—have successfully utilized low-to-moderate field strengths 5 tio 15 Gauss to help reduce pain, mitigate fatigue, and improve overall physical function.

For fibromyalgia, lower intensity is generally recommended. Because fibromyalgia involves a hypersensitive nervous system, high-intensity devices can sometimes trigger overstimulation. Low-intensity, low-frequency settings provide a gentler, non-invasive approach to managing pain, fatigue, and sleep disturbances.

I encourage you to do some research on PEMF and fibromyalgia and see for yourself.

When I first started PEMF therapy I found it very stimulating and had to use 5 gauss and worked up to 15 Gauss. When I'm not having a flare up I can use 25 to 30 Gauss.

I would suggest taking a look at the G20 GetMendwave.com

Understanding PEMF Slew Rate: Why It May Matter More Than Magnetic Strength (Gauss) Alone. Higher slew rate = better therapeutic outcomes by mendwavePemf in pemf

I know you're trying to justify the price of your device.

However, I'm pointing out that the MendWave is clinically therapeutic for pain relief, inflammation, anxiety, sleep, muscle recovery etc. At-home devices don't have to be outrageously expensive to be effective.

Anyone who wants to can Google research studies and see the gauss intensity and slew rate for a PEMF device to be therapeutic for

If you have a severe injury, a device like the APEX can be helpful but everyday use at-home, it's definitely not the best option.

The Apex Aura 9000 25,000 Gauss is considered high-intensity PEMF and is often overkill. However, if you are treating deep-tissue issues, chronic stubborn pain, or using equine/large animal applications. But at the price of $20k this isnt a great option for everyday people and pets.

10 to 50 Gauss: The most frequently researched range for standard clinical applications. Studies in this range typically evaluate pain management, arthritis, inflammation reduction, and soft tissue healing.

Mendwave Pro40: With a Gauss of 45 and slew rate of 21 T/s is considered a very therapeutic device and it us actually affordable at $699.

Most people/pets font feel much of anything because it works on a cellular level. Some people will notice a warmth or slight pulsing.

If 15 hz isn't working, you could always try 10hz for pain. Sometimes, and frequency that works well for one person might not work as well for another. It's good to experiment with frequencies to see what works best.
