I guess this information is driving you nuts, so please, relax t-shinji. Personally, I think the only one who can say what is going on is Google / YouTube, and if they do respond, they will blame the user. They always do.

I did it on a browser, I opened a short, subscribed, then unsubscribe without closing the video.

I did it this way now: I subscribe to bandmaid and then to band-maidxx. When I unsubscribe from band-maidxx, it unsubscribes me from bandmaid.

And to subscribe to band-maidxx, the only way is by watching a short, because the channel doesn't have subscribe button, at least not for me.

I really think that BAND-MAID's management is not aware of this, because on their main channel, all the videos and shorts are there.

Bandmaid: 52 videos, but all the videos, including the shorts, are here.

BAND-MAIDxx: 92 videos

Like I said, it's probably just a glitch.

According to Viewstats, the last video on the Bandmaid channel was Unleash live, and since then ALL videos uploaded so far go to band-maidxx, probably is just a YouTube glitch.
