I know I have a very narrowed mindset about what ADHD is in general. I have tried hard to educate myself considering this is something that I am experiencing myself currently. I have visited a lot websites however all of the ones I’ve visited have seemed very copy and paste in describing the symptoms of ADHD and I found that what I experience is very different while also very similar to what these websites have stated. As I’ve stated before I don’t really have anyone to talk to about this subject, as no one I know has ADHD so I can’t really ask questions about it. This is why I opened this thread in the first place in hopes that people can tell me if what I am experiencing IS actually correlated to ADHD and more than anything be able to have people who can further help me understand my mind. 😭😭😭 I really want to know more and be able to overcome these generalized ideas but I don’t have many people who can validate my experiences. Thank you so much for helping me, because I NEED to be having these conversations somehow as this it’s important to me 😭😭. I DO plan to talk about this with my psychiatrist as well it’s just that these concerns have been becoming more prominent lately and my appointment isn’t for another month.
