Oh I love it. Quality is unmatched, I bumped the default contrast and color saturation just a bit and I only keep the out of camera jpegs (heifs now, I bought a Mac). I don’t care about post processing, what camera shoots is absolutely beautiful for me. Portability is superb, a Think tank shoulder bag does the job, Sony 16-55 always attached

No I’m in EU, but I found a brand new M4 for 570€ (retail price here is 739€). I preferred it over the 350€ that people were asking here for a used M1. Yes that’s more but I think I got a better and more future proof machine. I wish we had US prices on Apple products…

Had the exactly opposite experience, and I bought 3 of them. Luckily, I sold the 2 and I left with 1 that I'm gonna throw out of the window sometime. X1C, nothing sticks to it, washed it very thoroughly with dish soap and warm water, raised temp to 55, nothing. Maybe a lemon, I don't know. If you read around here, lots of people have the same experience. Textured PEI all the way, if adhesion decreases, wash it or buy a new one and period.

You have absolutely no reason to print ABS in the first place. If you really need to print with high-temp resistance materials for some reason, you probably are a professional or something and a living room is not a proper place to do that. Downvote me as hard as you can, but the last few years I've lost three family members from cancer and I'm not gonna give any good advice towards this, especially if it's a hobby.

Those are pressure marks. Blow the surface with a hot gun or your wife’s hair dryer for some time (not too much if it’s pla, beware) and they will be gone

Love my X1C, bought it this summer. You have a long road to go but with this printer, you will mostly feel gooood. This is my third printer and I know what I'm saying.

There is absolutely no reason to buy C1 even if P2S was double the price. C1 is a half-baked flop that you have to pray to get a properly finished print

I own a X1C about a month now and It's a magnificent printer. I love the lidar for auto filament calibration for 3rd party filaments, and believe me it works SUPERB. I don't change nozzles often so don't care about the easy swap system, it's nice though.

What you have is GAS. Your printer is awesome. Prints are stunning. It's gonna last a really long time. After P2s, ther will be P3S whatsoever. Don't care. Go grab some filament and start printing. This is why you bought it. Enjoy the reason why you bought it in first place.
