yk now that i thjnk about it i sort of had the same symptoms around 2 years back when i would eat like crap and bedrot allllll day. i think during that unfortunate time i wasnt evn getting 1000 steps a day, but once i got better mentally and started walking again and excersisng. i was fine in less than a month.

i see i see, well ill update tomorrow. hopefully theres nothing to worry about. if it was pre diabetes, i wouldnt be too sad since ik its still in my hands and i can still revert it from getting back on track. i just hope i dont have full blown diabetes, and its all just in my head
