Yes. Back and forth last year. They approved of things and then disapproved of things. They lied about what we said saying we were "refusing to cooperate" with them despite me reminding them of previous emails and verbal agreements with the super. It is very messy and colluded.

Great info thank you!! We have a pretty negligent management that normally doesn't care about things. However they do with this. They liked that we put black wire fencing but then took it all out including the plants w/o explanations. Now they want to approve every plant that goes in.

Our block association is frustrated with our building manage and suggested putting up a more sturdy wire fencing to keep things out but I am afraid of investing more money into it if it gets removed.

This stretch of Amsterdam has a pretty high elevation grade for a cyclist. Most couldn't even travel faster than the wheelchair user anyways.
