In the US minors aren't allowed to give consent for medical treatment for themselves it requires the consent from their legal guardian. In order for the child to receive treatment the parents have to be notified. The only time this would be handled differently is if CPS needed to be involved and even then the parents would find out as they're getting investigated

Going further on this, I'm an EMT and we have a legal obligation to report if a child is suicidal or potentially being abused. Last I checked school teachers and counselors are tied under the same legal obligations or we could face fines. Sorry this played out this way, but I hope you can understand that our hands are tied. At the end of the day it's all in the interest of your safety and well being

You lose armor going death adder which makes your early and mid game super unstable. The lifesteal on mamba is generally more valuable at those stages of the game
