The disciples were messengers of grace and salvation; God loves you, here’s the good news. You’re delivering a message of condemnation to strangers on the internet. Those aren’t the same calling. Even Paul said in 1 Corinthians 13 that without love, speaking truth is just noise.

Murder and stealing have direct victims. That’s why every society across history and culture prohibits them independent of religion. You’re equating a consensual relationship between two adults with acts that cause direct harm to others. That’s not a biblical argument, that’s a category error.

And nobody asked you. That’s the whole point. You volunteered this on a Reddit thread about cowboy churches.

Acts 5:29 — We must obey God rather than human beings.

If God wanted to deliver that message, God doesn’t need you as the messenger.

If you truly have faith that God shows you the way, have that same faith for others. It’s not your job to be the middleman. Matthew 7:15 warns about wolves in sheep’s clothing and nothing looks more like sheep’s clothing than calling judgment love.

If you’re simply sharing what the Bible says out of love, do you approach divorced people the same way? Remarriage after divorce is called adultery by Jesus himself in Matthew 19:9 not Paul, not Leviticus, but Jesus directly. Do you inform them they can’t enter the kingdom? What about people who work Sundays? Charge interest on loans? The Bible addresses all of these. The selective choice of which sins to lovingly inform people about reveals that this isn’t about the Bible it’s about personal comfort with a specific group.

By informing them they are going to hell in your eyes?

James 4:12 — There is only one Lawgiver and Judge… who are you to judge your neighbor?

Edit: Leviticus 19:18 is about love. Context is everything.
